  The vet nor office staff did not follow up on a fax from other vet, nor did they make a phone call, unsteady cut my dog open 6 inches for exploratory surgery. They knew they were wrong, said that was something to learn from, never ever bring your dogs there. Nala has been through alot of pain and suffering and infections.You have yet to make it right. You should pay for her follow up care and medications.

  I was new to the area and found Lena Veterinary Clinic. The small animal veterinarian was very rude and condescending to the women at the front desk. I should have left right then. He took me and my dog to a back room for a check up. He was not friendly at all, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt...maybe having a bad day? My dog, 30 lbs., was very scared and hid between my legs while we discussed flea, tick, and other medications. He asked me if she had fleas and I told him no. He asked me very sarcastically if she spent any time outside and I said yes. He told me she would have fleas. I told him she didn't because I knew what they looked like and I had dealt with them before. He then grabbed my dog by the back of the neck and threw her to the ground on her back and started to comb for fleas. She was absolutely terrified. There was not one kind, compassionate word from this man. I could tell he was very angry. He did not find any fleas...as I said. I selected a flea/tick medication and left. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and never went back. This man should RETIRE and get to anger management class! I go to Orangeville Clinic now and they are very kind, considerate, and caring both to me and my dog. Now my dog has to wear a muzzle because she is anxious and terrified when we go to the vet.
